Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Team Leader with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices , along with solid architectural and team-leadership capabilities.

- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot ,

- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture , design patterns, inter-service communication, and deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka , event streaming, messaging, and real-time data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Redis as a caching layer and data store.
- Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL .
- Strong understanding of scalable, resilient, and high-performance architecture .
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical and performance issues.

? Telecom Domain – Mandatory

- Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks .
- Positive knowledge of relevant 3GPP specifications .
- Hands-on/domain experience with Policy & Charging Systems .
- Experience with PCC / PCF / PCRF is mandatory.
- Understanding of telecom core-network applications and service delivery is highly relevant to this role.
