Position : ITAM Architect (ServiceNow)

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad(4-days Hybrid)

Shift timings: Comfortable to work from 3pm to 1am IST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect with strong expertise in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), CMDB, and ITSM integrations. The candidate will lead enterprise asset management transformation initiatives and drive governance, compliance, and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
- Lead HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations and enhancements.
- Define software license compliance, optimization, and governance processes.
- Architect integrations with procurement, ERP, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and discovery tools.
- Establish asset lifecycle management and reconciliation processes.
- Drive IT asset governance, compliance, and audit readiness initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, procurement,



and IT teams to optimize asset utilization.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow ITAM expertise.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)

- CMDB

- ITSM

- Asset Lifecycle Management
- License Compliance & Optimization
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, Snow, or procurement systems.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow platform configuration.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow CIS - Software Asset Management (SAM)
- ServiceNow CIS - Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Foundation/Expert
