The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and be willing to learn new technologies and work in office with clients. ### Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Desktop & Laptop systems Basic troubleshooting of Networking, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi Assist with Firewall configuration and troubleshooting Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV Surveillance Systems Installation and support of Biometric / Attendance Systems Client-site deployment, installation and commissioning of IT and security solutions Troubleshoot hardware,



software and connectivity-related issues Coordinate with senior engineers during project deployments Maintain proper documentation of installations and service activities Interact professionally with clients and understand their technical requirements Basic knowledge of:

Desktop & Laptop hardware/software Networking Wi-Fi Firewall CCTV Biometric / Attendance Systems Ready to travel to client sites for installation and support Good communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team SAP knowledge will be an added advantage * Candidates without SAP knowledge can also apply.
