Hiring: Spanish / Italian Language Specialist (B2 Certified)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria :

- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1+ year of experience utilizing Spanish or Italian language in a professional environment
- B2 level proficiency & certification in Spanish or Italian (Mandatory)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work from office in Bangalore and in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Provide language support and engage with global stakeholders/partners in Spanish or Italian.
- Analyze campaign performance data and share insights/recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries and business issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate documentation.




- Manage partner communication while ensuring SLA adherence and service quality.
- Support process improvement initiatives and stay updated on business and industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish/Italian and English
- Experience working with international clients or stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to current tools/processes
- Knowledge of e-commerce, online advertising, or campaign management is an added advantage
