Experience: 2+ years above
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
Salary: As per company standards
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment must have C2H or permanent hiring exp
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand technical requirements and match suitable IT candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates for interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
- Maintain solid candidate relationships and database.
