QBID Infotech is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur.

Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Jaipur – Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Handle multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.




- Robust understanding of technical hiring and IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
- Experience in C2C/C2H or staff augmentation recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise technologies is preferred.
