? What We’re Looking For
- End-to-end IT Recruitment, including 30% Non-IT hiring
- Robust sourcing, headhunting & screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn
- Ability to understand complex requirements and identify the right talent
- Excellent communication & client coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Prior experience in staffing / corporate IT recruitment preferred
- Consulting / Offshore / GIC recruitment experience is an advantage
