Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
- Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors to ensure they meet the organization's standards for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favourable agreements while mitigating risks.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring timely delivery of IT goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier/vendor performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends and technology advancements to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to IT procurement.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting by providing insights into IT procurement costs and trends.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and professional manner. Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. (Preferred)
- Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and favourable terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
