Working Title: Lead Client Operations and Services – JL6B

Practice: Sourcing & Procurement (IBPM S&P;)

Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities

As a global role, you will be responsible for below responsibilities depending on the scope of work established with a client:

- Responsible for managing global spend linked to portfolios Marketing and Business Services
- Act as first point of contact for the stakeholder and customer team for specific category globally
- Owns delivery and SLA responsibly for the overall engagement under S2C
- Overseas operations performance across all in scope processes
- Provide single point interface for all delivery matters
- Supervising & leading engagement
- Anchors the key internal and external meetings
- Ensure proper reporting and communication management
- Identifying and implementing best practices and process improvement opportunities.
- Resolve any escalated issues with RCA
- Align on the project spend with customer and internal team
- Coordinating with internal SME leads on day to day actions, status progress on projects
- Act as a liaising agent for negotiation and contract management process as well as project closeout and stakeholder sign-off in case of escalations
- Monitor and validate all KPI reporting and analysis to gauge the spend and savings derived
- Maintain contractual and business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead client interactions such as workshops, calls, research etc. to understand the pain points,

seek clarifications,



present the proposed solution and alignment with customer leads
- Work with Category Managers/SMEs in understanding and identifying project progress and related KPIs
- Build robust relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible and accountable for team supporting globally
- Monthly sync with sourcing Buyers to review the target and achievements

Requirements

- Proven experience in operational sourcing at a global level and category support end to end
- Proficient in people management and stakeholder relations
- Knowledge of portfolios like Marketing, Business Services will be added advantage
- Solid knowledge of Sourcing process & Spend Analysis
- Proficient and experienced working with MS Office tools like Excel, word, ppt etc.
- Possess an analytical mindset and is willing to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills and flexible
- Excellent English communication both written and oral
- Proactive, Flexible and adaptable to business needs
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- High energy, motivation, self-reliant and independent
- High need for accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and load balance on workload

Work Experience and Educational Attainment:
- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business / Supply Chain
- 15+ years of relevant post qualification experience with at least 5 years of experience in

Source to Contract roles (BPM environment)
- Excellent communication skills, people management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the goals
- Experience in leading large teams in sourcing / procurement environment
