Job Purpose:

Ensure Portfolio Risk Assessment / Monitoring & Governance.

Create, monitor, and control Risk defined frameworks and applicable thresholds for products.

Utilize assessment and awareness tools like portfolio reviews and product program reviews to maintain portfolio health.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, measure, and report risks, ensuring adherence to governance framework.

Conduct periodic reviews of assigned portfolios across risk dimensions and drive actions.

Refine frameworks and metrics to align with changing business and risk scenarios.

Implement actions based on consensus from key stakeholders during portfolio reviews.

Maintain risk oversight, monitor KRIs (ICAAP/RAS), and risk limits.

Ensure adherence to CSPB materiality evaluation and collections performance tracking.

Review breaches within timelines, document reasons/action plans with sign-off.

Track business dynamics and external developments for portfolio monitoring.

Perform scenario analysis (stress testing)



for macro and business dynamics.

Ensure compliance and audit adherence, engaging with teams on planning/monitoring.

Manage stakeholders, maintaining cordial relationships for issue resolution, process improvement, and insights.

Educational Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant

CFA

MBA (Finance)

FRM

Equivalent to above

Key Skills:

Experience in Retail Underwriting or Risk Management.

In-depth understanding of portfolio risk metrics & governance.

In-depth understanding of relevant Lending Products, Policies & processes.

Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry.

Technical skills to churn large volumes of data.

Ability to conceptualize, implement, interpret & present credit risk dashboards.

Communication, articulation, and presentation skills.

Proficient operating knowledge of MS Office Suite, preferably Power BI and Python.

Experience Required:

Minimum 7-10 years in Banking/Finance, with at least 5-7 years in credit/risk related roles.
