Role Description The Internship Trainee role is a part-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area at Espress-Oh. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with customer service at the counter, helping prepare and serve beverages and snacks under supervision, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the seating and service areas. The Trainee will support the team with basic operational tasks such as stocking supplies, handling simple customer queries,



and ensuring the cafe remains a comfortable space for guests.

This role offers hands-on exposure to cafe operations and hospitality, with guidance from experienced staff.

Qualifications

- Interest in hospitality or food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn cafe operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact courteously with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene standards, and handle basic physical tasks such as standing for extended periods.
- Reliability in following schedules, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is helpful but not required; openness to training and feedback is essential.
- Availability to work part time on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, including weekends or evenings as needed.
