We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process at Airoli, Mumbai.

Eligibility

- Graduate candidates only
- 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs
- Freshers are eligible
- Positive communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Follow company processes, quality standards and guidelines




- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
