Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Freight Forwarding EXIM Sales role based in Delhi, India. The role involves developing and managing export and import sales for international freight forwarding services, focusing on key routes such as USA, Canada, and Europe. Daily responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating rates with clients and carriers, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

The position also requires close coordination with operations teams to ensure timely bookings, documentation accuracy, and smooth freight transportation. The role includes monitoring market trends, tracking shipments, handling customer queries,



and supporting end-to-end service quality in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding, with a strong understanding of international logistics and trade lanes.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Export, including knowledge of EXIM procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with the ability to manage client accounts, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Transportation, including familiarity with ocean, air, and multimodal transport solutions.
- Relevant experience in international freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations and finance teams and manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Graduate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field; professional certifications in logistics or EXIM are a plus.
