JOB ROLE: Customer Service Associate Chat Support

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our International Chat Process.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through live chat in a qualified and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and service solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response time targets.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Achieve key performance metrics including CSAT, FRT, AHT,



and resolution rate.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Education: 10+2 is mandatory.
- Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, and Graduates from any stream are eligible.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- International Chat Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
