Job Summary The International Admissions Officer is responsible for managing and promoting international student admissions, providing guidance to prospective students, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process from inquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries and applications from international students and recruitment partners

- Guide students on admission requirements, eligibility, and documentation

- Coordinate with internal departments for offer letters, enrollment, and onboarding

- Support students with visa-related documentation and admission timelines

- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admission portals

- Participate in international fairs, webinars, and virtual counseling sessions

- Liaise with international agents and ensure compliance with university policies

- Assist in achieving international admission targets

Skills & Competencies

- Robust communication skills (written and verbal)

- Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes

- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office
