Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor branded keywords, online mentions, reviews, and relevant conversations to stay updated on how the brand is being discussed online.
- Conduct outbound calls with users/customers to collect reviews, feedback, and consumer insights.
- Conduct outbound customer calls to understand the complete customer experience from landing on the page to completing the trip and gather feedback and insights to improve customer experience and ratings.
- Support the day-to-day execution of ORM activities and maintain relevant MIS,



trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor brand- and category-related discussions on Reddit and share key consumer insights, trends, and feedback with the team.
- Identify opportunities to positively influence brand perception through relevant, authentic, and value-driven participation in Reddit conversations.
- Track competitor activities and industry trends to identify relevant insights, opportunities, and ideas for PR and ORM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to optimize video content for SEO, including relevant keywords, titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Coordinate with external agencies to obtain updates, follow up on ongoing activities, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Support the team with research, campaign ideas, presentations, reports, and other ad-hoc projects.
