Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed space plans, and preparing interior layouts that reflect the client’s goals and Urbane’s design standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, producing construction drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design implementation. The role involves conducting site visits, reviewing material samples,



and updating documentation to maintain design accuracy and project timelines.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, support presentations, and contribute to a research-based design process that enhances project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically aligned environments.
- Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary design and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to develop precise documentation for execution on site.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills for the selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Solid visual communication, presentation, and detailing abilities.
- Capacity to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in the Greater Delhi Area is an advantage.
