We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our design team and support ongoing interior/design projects from concept through site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with interior design concepts, drawings and presentations
- Good knowledge of 3D software and 3D visualisation, including lighting
- Prepare and modify working drawings and details
- Assist with BOQs, quotations and material specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and the site team
- Assist with site execution and site measurements
- Follow up on materials, finishes and execution requirements
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Maintain project documentation and drawings
Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design experience
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software
- Understanding of lighting and materials
- Basic knowledge of BOQs and estimation
- Good understanding of site execution
- Good communication and spoken English
- Presentable, organised and skilled
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced design environment
- Fluent English mandatory
