Job Requirement

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented FF&E; Interior Designer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of luxury residential and commercial interiors, furniture, materials, finishes, and international furniture brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and curate FF&E; selections based on project concepts, design briefs, and client requirements.
- Research and source furniture, lighting, decorative accessories, artwork, rugs, fabrics, and other interior products.
- Prepare FF&E; schedules, specifications, mood boards, material boards, and presentations.
- Coordinate with international and Indian furniture brands, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Prepare detailed product specifications, quotations, BOQs, and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate furniture layouts and ensure selected products are suitable for the space, scale, and design concept.
- Maintain knowledge of luxury furniture brands, finishes, materials, and current design trends.
- Review product drawings, technical details, dimensions, finishes, and samples.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Assist with client presentations and provide product recommendations according to the project's aesthetic and budget.
- Track product selections, approvals, orders, deliveries, and installation requirements.

Requirements




- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in FF&E; / Interior Design.
- Strong understanding of luxury furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories.
- Good knowledge of international furniture brands and product specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design, proportion, colour, materiality, and aesthetics.
- Experience working with luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For A designer who combines solid design sensibility with excellent product knowledge and attention to detail, and who can take an FF&E; package from initial concept and sourcing through selection, specification, client approval, and execution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
