Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute integration test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

- Perform end-to-end integration testing across multiple applications and services.

- Test REST and SOAP APIs and validate request/response payloads.

- Validate JSON, XML, headers, status codes, authentication, and error responses.

- Perform API-to-API and application-to-application integration testing.

- Validate data flow between applications and databases.

- Perform database validation using SQL queries.

- Verify data transformation, mapping, synchronization, and reconciliation.

- Test positive, negative, boundary, and exception scenarios.

- Validate integrations involving third-party applications and external APIs.

- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT.

- Identify and troubleshoot integration failures by analyzing logs, API responses,



database records, and application behavior.

- Create and maintain automated integration/API test scripts.

- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in defect triage and work with developers to identify root causes.

- Track defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and issues.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, reviews, and release activities.

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams during deployment and production validation.

- Support regression testing for recent integration releases.
