Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Tele-Sales professional who excels at closing sales, not cold calling. This role focuses exclusively on qualified inbound leads generated through our sales funnel. Your primary responsibility is to convert high-intent leads into paying customers through meaningful, consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with warm and qualified leads generated via marketing funnels.

Understand the prospect’s pain points, health concerns, and motivations.

Clearly explain the value of product and guide prospects toward the right program.

Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions in the CRM.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in healthcare,



wellness, insurance, coaching, or high-ticket programs.

Strong closing skills with a track record of converting leads.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to build trust quickly over the phone.

Comfortable selling value-driven, premium programs rather than discounts.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
