Role Overview

We're hiring an Inside Sales Executive to drive membership conversions by engaging with inbound and outbound leads over calls, WhatsApp, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective members, responsible for converting inquiries into gym sign-ups and trial visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads (calls, web forms, social media inquiries) and respond promptly to maximize conversion
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-in databases
- Explain membership plans, pricing, and offers clearly to prospective members
- Schedule gym tours/trial sessions and follow up to convert prospects into paying members
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM; ensure timely follow-ups on every lead in the pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (calls made, tours booked, memberships closed)
- Coordinate with the on-ground sales/center team for smooth handover of walk-in prospects




- Gather and report member feedback and objections to help refine sales pitch and offers
- Build rapport with leads to reduce drop-offs and improve trial-to-membership conversion rate

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in inside sales/telesales (fitness, wellness, EdTech, or D2C preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-first attitude
- Graduate in any discipline; freshers with strong communication skills can apply
