Key Responsibilities

 Connect with professionals through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

 Promote Company professional courses and certification programs.

 Understand doctors’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.

 Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, handle queries, and convert prospects into enrolments.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

 Handle objections and effectively communicate course benefits, fees, and career outcomes.

 Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in the CRM.

 Build solid relationships with doctors and generate referrals.

 Participate in seminars, conferences, professional events, and other business development activities.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding process.
