About the Role

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented professionals to join our team as Executive Inside Sales / Sales Operations / Sales Support.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 4 years of experience who are looking to build a career in inside sales, sales operations, customer coordination, and business support.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, maintaining sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inside sales and sales support activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead management and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and databases.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and support MIS/data management activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Assist the sales team in handling customer queries and providing timely information.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, and sales-related activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of records.
- Support the team in achieving sales and operational objectives.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate.




- Experience: 0–4 years; Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle data efficiently.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai location.
