Role Description The Information Technology Intern role at ProcureFlow Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will assist with daily IT operations, including monitoring systems, supporting network infrastructure, and helping maintain secure and stable environments for internal users.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user support requests, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when needed. The intern will help with basic network configuration tasks,



updating documentation, and supporting initiatives that enhance system reliability and security. This role offers hands-on experience in a modern manufacturing-focused technology environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced IT professionals.

Qualifications

- Foundational Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, hardware components, and basic software administration.
- Network Administration and Network Security skills to assist in configuring, monitoring, and securing local networks.
- Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve common user and system issues efficiently and methodically.
- Customer Service and communication skills to support internal users, document issues clearly, and provide professional, user-friendly assistance.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools and basic IT documentation practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in manufacturing technology, ERP systems, and learning enterprise-grade governance and security practices.
