nWe are looking for an experienced Information Security & Compliance Manager to lead enterprise security initiatives, strengthen Microsoft 365 security, and drive compliance programs for a globally distributed organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a security skilled with expertise in Microsoft 365, SOC 2, AI security, and compliance frameworks .

nKey Responsibilities

nMicrosoft 365 & AI Security

n

n
- Secure and continuously improve Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender & Purview)
n
- Manage AI platform security and governance
n
- Implement and maintain DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and external sharing controls
n
- Manage endpoint security and compliance through Microsoft Intune
n

nCompliance & Security Governance

n

n
- Own and maintain the SOC 2 Type II compliance program
n
- Coordinate annual external audits and remediation activities
n
- Maintain security controls aligned with Trust Services Criteria
n
- Develop and improve security policies, standards, and procedures
n

nRisk & Incident Management

n

n
- Lead vendor security assessments and third-party risk management
n
- Manage security incidents, investigations, and response planning
n
- Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR)
n





nClient & Internal Security

n

n
- Support enterprise customers during security reviews and due diligence
n
- Respond to security questionnaires and compliance requests
n
- Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulations
n
- Partner with HR for secure onboarding and offboarding processes
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Compliance
n
- Minimum 2 years leading security or compliance programs
n
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Security (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, Intune, Purview, PIM)
n
- Experience managing SOC 2 Type II compliance
n
- Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, and incident response
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and security teams
n

nPreferred Qualifications

n

n
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or Microsoft Security Certifications (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, MS-500)
n
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI DSS
n
- Experience securing AI-enabled environments
n
- Experience supporting globally distributed remote workforces
