Experience: 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management or a similar role
Location: Bandra West,Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and creators based on campaign objectives, target audience, category and geography.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from influencer research and outreach to execution and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies.
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiations and commercials within approved budgets.
- Coordinate briefs, deliverables, content submissions, approvals and timelines.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams and influencers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign deliverables and performance and prepare post-campaign reports and insights.
- Stay updated with emerging creators, influencer trends, content formats and platform developments.
Requirements :
- Good understanding of the influencer ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Good understanding of campaign metrics and influencer reporting would be an added advantage.
