We are Hiring Infection Control Nurse

Location : Sabine Hospitals Thevally, Kollam

Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading centre for infertility treatment. We are seeking skilled and experienced Infection Control Nurse in the department of Infection Control - Nursing with a minimum of 1- 2 years of experience to prevent, monitor, and control hospital-acquired infections by implementing infection prevention protocols, conducting surveillance, staff training, audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.

Immediate joiners are preferred

Qualifications:

- Education: GNM/BSc/Post BSc Nursing
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as infection control nurse
- Registration: KNMC registration is mandatory

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of infection prevention practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
- Audit skills – hand hygiene, environmental cleaning, sterilization,



and isolation practices.
- Time management and ability to prioritize critical areas
- Good communication & coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Implement hospital infection control policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular infection control audits (hand hygiene, environmental cleaning, sterilization, waste management).
- Conduct regular staff training and induction programs on infection control practices.
- Documentation, data collection, and report preparation.
- Support internal audits, external audits, and accreditation assessments.
