1. EffiGO Application Management

- Understand the Supply Chain Automation product deployed at the clients location and its end-to-end business processes.

- Manage day-to-day operations of the EffiGO Supply Chain Automation tool.

- Monitor application transactions, workflows, and process status.

- Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, and master data as required.

- Identify and resolve application-related issues.

- Coordinate with the technology/vendor team for technical issues and enhancements.

1. Supply Chain Process Management

- Support end-to-end supply-chain processes such as PR to PO , Post PO , Vendor Management, Delivery, Invoice, and related transactions.

- Ensure business processes are correctly configured and followed in EffiGO.

- Identify process gaps and recommend automation/improvement opportunities.

- Support new business requirements and process changes.

1. SAP & System Integration

- Coordinate with SAP and integration teams for data exchange between EffiGO and SAP.

- Monitor interface/API transactions and identify failed or pending transactions.

- Support testing of new integrations, enhancements, and changes.

- Validate master and transactional data between systems.

1. User Support

- Provide first-level support to business teams.

- Resolve user queries related to workflows, transactions, reports, and system usage.

- Coordinate user training and prepare user guides/SOPs where required.

- Track and follow up on support tickets until closure.

1. Data & Reporting

- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies.





- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

1. Testing & Change Management

- Prepare test scenarios and test cases for new functionality.

- Perform UAT and regression testing.

- Coordinate with business users and IT teams during releases.

- Validate production changes after deployment.

1. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with Client & EffiGO team for incidents, enhancements, and new requirements.

- Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, SAP, IT, and business teams.

- Track open issues, action items, and implementation timelines.

- Participate in project and review meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4–10 years of experience in SaaS, IT, enterprise software, ERP, or technology implementation.

- Strong experience in end-to-end SaaS/IT implementation and project management.

- Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of business processes and software implementation methodologies.

- Excellent requirement-gathering and documentation skills.

- Good understanding of software development and SDLC processes.

- Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
