About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst Products to support the implementation and deployment of a SaaS-based Consent Management solution for enterprise and SMB clients.

This is an early-career implementation role suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience . Candidates with less than 1 year or more than 3 years of relevant experience will not be considered.

This is a 1-year contract role , with the possibility of continuation based on project requirements and performance.

The role involves working closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams and technical teams to drive implementation activities from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

· Support end-to-end implementation and deployment of a SaaS/product solution at client locations.

· Coordinate implementation plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.

· Work closely with clients, BDO, product teams and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

· Understand client requirements and work with BRDs, FRDs and solution/design documents .

· Translate business requirements into configuration and implementation activities.

· Coordinate integration discussions involving APIs, data flows, interfaces and technical dependencies .

· Support configuration, testing, UAT, training, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.

· Track implementation progress and prepare regular status updates.

· Coordinate requirement clarifications, issue resolution and stakeholder follow-ups.

· Identify implementation risks and support mitigation/escalation.

· Support product demonstrations, customer onboarding and configuration activities.

· Assist senior team members with Enterprise and on-premise implementations.

· Gather customer feedback and support continuous improvement of the implementation experience.





· Travel to and work from client locations for extended deployment periods when required.

What We Are Looking For

· 1–3 years of total professional experience in technology, software, SaaS, cloud products, implementation or technology consulting.

· At least 1 year of relevant implementation/project experience .

· Experience working with clients and coordinating with business and technical teams.

· Understanding of the software/product implementation lifecycle .

· Working knowledge of BRDs, FRDs, requirements gathering, UAT and go-live activities .

· Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and basic technical architecture .

· Robust communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

· Confidence in interacting with clients and leading implementation discussions.

· Good written and verbal English communication skills .

· Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.

· Willingness to work on a 1-year contract .

· Willingness to work onsite and relocate between Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bengaluru based on project requirements.

· Willingness to travel to client locations for extended implementation assignments.

Hands-on development experience is not mandatory. Candidates should, however, be comfortable understanding and coordinating technical discussions around integrations and implementation.

· Prior experience in Consent Management, DPDP or Cybersecurity is not mandatory . Product-specific training will be provided.
