- Strong experience with IBM Sterling , Order Management System, including design, configuration, and development.
- Experience with SOAP and REST services for integration.
- Experience with custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and SQL functions.
- Solid analytical skills to analyze and debug production issues
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Familiarity with application servers like Websphere MQ or JBoss.
Responsibility from the Role : Troubleshoot and resolve functional, deployment, and systemic issues, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Configure core OMS modules and features, such as pricing, promotions, and inventory management, to meet client-specific needs.
Co-ordinate with stakeholders as and when needed for resolving incident and ensure they are resolved in given time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.
