- Continuous learning of modernized Integration platforms (cloud native Integrations and latest iPaaS products
- Hands-on in AI agents, AI agent platforms like co-pilot
- Positive understanding of using AI platforms for Integration fixes and new builds
- Good hands-on in Integration Monitoring tools and dashboards
- Proactive monitoring and providing continuous improvements in Support activities

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Development and Enhancement activities:

Develop new builds, minor enhancements which include build, test and deploy of:

- Axway EDI/B2B: Changes in existing Partner configuration, new EDI partner onboarding, development of new Maps, adding enhancements to existing maps




- Axway External File Transfer: Changes in existing Partner configuration, new File transfer partner onboarding
- IBM ACE: Adding enhancements or changes to existing message flows, development of new message flows
- IBM MQ: Create, update and configure MQ Queue Manager and Cluster. Create, configure and update Queues, Channels, Connectivity with MQ-FTE agents.
- IBM MQ-FTE: Create, update configuration of MQ-FTE agents
- Azure API-M: API setup, rules and policy creation and updates
- Integration Platform: Installation, configuration and upgrade of Integration Technology Platform IBM MQ, IBM MQ-FTE, IBM ACE and Axway B2Bi
- Automation: Code quality checks and automated deployment for IBM ACE, enable Axway Sentinel dashboard for end-to-end monitoring, Operational scripts for Integrations
