We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guidance for ISAM environments.

- Lead solution design, implementation planning, and production deployments.

- Act as the technical escalation point for complex authentication, authorization, and federation issues.

- Mentor and coach engineers and administrators on IAM best practices and operational excellence.

- Define technical standards, governance processes, and deployment patterns.

- Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions using IBM Security Access Manager v10.0.8.

- WebSEAL AAC (Advanced Access Control) Federation services

- API Protection

- Risk-based Authentication

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

- Develop and implement SSO solutions across internal, cloud, and third-party applications.

- Lead migration and modernization initiatives from legacy authentication platforms.

- Integrate ISAM with:

- Active Directory

- LDAP directories

- Azure AD / Entra ID

- SAML 2.0 applications

- OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect providers

- REST and SOAP services

- Develop custom authentication mechanisms, access policies, and authorization rules.

- Create custom JavaScript mapping rules and API security configurations.

- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for IAM deployments.

- Provide Level 2/3 support for production IAM environments.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve security and access-related issues.

- Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.

- Manage high-availability and disaster recovery configurations.

- Support patching, upgrade planning, and platform lifecycle management.

- Ensure IAM solutions align with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct security assessments and design reviews.





- Support audit activities and compliance reporting.

- Implement security best practices around privileged access and authentication controls.

- Collaborate with security architects, application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.

- Participate in technical design sessions, and governance forums.

Requirements

- 8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) experience.

- Strong expertise with IBM Security Access Manager v10.0.8 components including:

- WebSEAL AAC Federation

- Reverse Proxy Access Policies

- OAuth and OIDC Services

- SAML 2.0

- OAuth 2.0

- OpenID Connect (OIDC)

- MFA solutions

- Authentication and authorization frameworks

- PKI and certificate management

- LDAP and Active Directory integration

- Session management and identity federation

- Infrastructure & Development Skills

- Linux/Unix administration experience.

- Web application and web server integration experience.

- Scripting experience

- Experience with API security and gateway integrations.

- Familiarity with containerized and cloud environments.

- Leadership Experience

- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and project delivery.

- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Experience with IBM Verify Access (IVA) migration projects.

- Experience with IBM Security Verify Governance or Verify SaaS products.

- Knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture.

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud security integrations.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

- Consulting or professional services experience.

- Relevant IBM security certifications.
