Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management activities.



This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening and interview scheduling
- Coordinate job postings and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding documentation and orientation for current joiners
- Collect and verify employee documents for compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS/HRIS system
- Assist in generating HR reports and conducting basic HR research

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to learn HRMS/HRIS systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
