We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter / HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, robust communication skills, and the ability to identify and hire the right talent for IT roles.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for various IT roles
- Understand job requirements and create effective job postings
- Use job portals, social media, and references to identify candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
- Follow up with candidates and manage the hiring process end-to-end
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

? Required Skills

- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good organizational and coordination skills

- Internship or prior experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment tools/ATS
