About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Intern to support our growing team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR and is interested in understanding how people and processes work within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial screening calls and collect candidate information.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Research HR practices, hiring trends, and potential talent sources.
- Assist in improving HR processes and creating a better employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employees.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude with robust attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Good to Have
- Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of basic recruitment and interview processes.
- Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
