Seven Seas HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding & employee documentation

• Payroll processing & attendance management

• Statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, PT & GST coordination

• Employee KYC, joining formalities & personnel records

• HR operations & employee relations

• Working knowledge of HR/Payroll ERP software

• Coordination of manpower for Security & Housekeeping Services

• Maintaining compliance records, MIS & HR documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field

• Relevant HR & payroll experience

• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance

• Experience in Security,



Facility Management, Housekeeping or Manpower Services will be highly preferred

- Good communication, MS Office & documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced manpower environment

? Location: Pune, AUNDH.

? Role: Full-Time | On-Site

? CTC: ₹4–6 LPA, depending on experience
