About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our manufacturing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, interviews, selection, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and salary-related activities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline, and day-to-day HR matters.




- Coordinate manpower requirements with production and other departments.
- Manage applicable statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and other requirements.
- Support employee welfare, training, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
- Hands-on, organised, and able to work independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
