Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented

HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support a positive, engaging workplace workplace. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to take ownership of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

- Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, salary, PF, PT, and other HR-related documentation.

- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

- Maintain a basic understanding of

PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements

.

- Coordinate performance reviews, KRA evaluations, and employee feedback processes.

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, birthdays,



festivals, and team-building initiatives.

- Support employee queries and ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and company initiatives.

- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and workplace culture.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in

HR, Business Administration, or a related field

.

- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.

- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance such as

PF, ESIC, and PT

.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative, proactive, organized, and people-oriented.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
