Looking for an HR Executive with solid HR data, MIS, and reporting skills to manage dashboards, reports, and HR data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and dashboards.
- Manage and analyze HR data and reports.
- Create reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Maintain HR trackers and databases.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data and reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR MIS/HR Data/HR Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Good analytical and data management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners based in/around Bangalore preferred.
