Role Description The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating documentation and compliance requirements.



The role involves managing benefits-related queries, updating HRIS data, preparing HR reports, and supporting payroll inputs in collaboration with the HR team.

The Human Resources

Administrator will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, support employee engagement activities, and help address basic employee relations issues in line with labor and employment regulations. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and confidential handling of HR information and processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools is a plus
