Location: Porur, Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: 18,000 – 30,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday – Saturday

Requirements

2+ Years of HR Experience

Manufacturing Industry HR Experience Preferred

Experience in Diploma Candidate Recruitment & Hiring

Solid sourcing and candidate coordination skills

Ability to achieve 25+ Joinings per Month

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & candidate sourcing
- Hiring Diploma candidates for manufacturing roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Ensure required vacancies are closed within the given timeline
- Employee coordination and support
- Attendance management & HR documentation
- Joining & onboarding formalities
- Handle day-to-day HR activities

• Maintain recruitment and joining records

Target: Close the required openings and achieve 25+ joinings per month
