We are hiring HR Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment.

Healthcare / Hospital recruitment experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely submission of suitable profiles.
- Achieve sourcing and recruitment closure targets.

Mandatory Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Positive communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
- Candidate must be available for direct walk-in interview.
- Female candidates preferred.
