About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Support onboarding activities for current employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on job portals.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams during the hiring process.
- Support HR team in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
- Perform other administrative HR tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR preferred)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
