About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our energetic event company in Mumbai. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and support business growth in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and managers on employee-related matters and HR initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance management, transfers, and exits.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and workplace concerns.
- Manage and strengthen employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management, goal setting, appraisal cycles,
and talent development programs.
- Identify workforce requirements and work closely with recruitment teams to support manpower planning and hiring.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate timely resolution of workplace issues.
- Monitor employee engagement, absenteeism, attrition, and other HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Support learning and development programs based on business and employee needs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR initiatives that align with the fast-paced and project-driven nature of the events industry
