Role & responsibilities ;

- Partner with functional team on people-related matters and business priorities.

- Drive manpower planning & recruitment as per business needs

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations and exits.

- Drive Employee Engagement, Retention and Attrition Management initiatives

- Support KRA/KPI setting and performance reviews.

- Handle employee relations, grievance management and conflict resolution.

- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and employee/contractor-related matters in a manufacturing setting.

- Drive Learning & Development, Training Needs Analysis (TNI) and capability-building initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze HR dashboards, manpower, absenteeism, attrition and other HR metrics.

- Manage contractor workforce and support contract labour compliance.

- Support HR audits, employee communication and various plant-level HR initiatives
