What You’ll Work On

- Support end-to-end recruitment for Staff & Blue-Collar positions across locations
- Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination & follow-ups
- Support joining & onboarding activities and employee documentation
- Work on HR projects, MIS & HR data analysis
- Contribute to HR process improvement & employee experience initiatives
- Coordinate with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders




- Get hands-on exposure to HRMS and day-to-day HR operations

What We’re Looking For: Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR & recruitment

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

Good coordination & follow-up skills

Positive attitude, teamwork & willingness to learn
