Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in the Construction / Infrastructure industry to manage end-to-end recruitment for site and HO positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/source candidates as per project requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, referrals, consultancy networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate technical/management interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining date with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely joining and maintain proper recruitment trackers/reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database/talent pool for construction-related positions.
- Coordinate with Site HR, Project Managers, and management for manpower requirements.
- Handle recruitment for Civil, Electrical, MEP, Safety, Billing, Planning, QA/QC, Site Execution, Supervisory,



and other construction positions.
- Ensure recruitment TAT is achieved as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Construction/Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with multiple job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Good candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and urgent site requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Candidates with construction recruitment experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
