HR Recruiter – Proficient Peoplecraft

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.

- Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, candidate profiles, and interview schedules.

- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.

- Travel to client locations for recruitment-related activities, meetings, or other HR requirements, whenever required.

- Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
