.---### **Key Responsibilities

*** Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.



Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for management.

- Build and maintain relationships with consultants and recruitment agencies.

---### **Desired Profile

Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business Administration preferred). 2–4 years of experience** in recruitment (experience in schools/educational institutions is a plus). Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and ATS systems. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.* Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple positions simultaneously.
